Celebrating the final General Assembly of Fatigue4Light
On January 15th, the Fatigue4Light consortium met to celebrate the final project’s General Assembly in CIMNE, project’s coordinator, facilities located in Barcelona.
Representatives from each partner entity joined the meeting to present, review and evaluate the results achieved during the project’s execution.
The Fatigue4Light project, started last February 2021, has developed new tests and computer simulation methods to better estimate the fatigue life of chassis components and to select the optimal materials for lighter vehicle chassis. The goal is to reduce vehicle chassis weight compared to the current solutions, taking into account eco-design and circular economy aspects.
Fatigue4Light Final Conference
With the objective to showcase the main developments, innovations and results of Fatigue4Light project, we are organising our final conference “The path for Electric Vehicles’ weight reduction and a zero-emissions future mobility”. The event is to be celebrated online next Friday 26th of January.
