D10.4 Interim plan of Use & Dissemination of Results (PUDR) - Abstract

This deliverable reports on the dissemination activities and outlines the exploitation plan and partners’ exploitation agreement.

The first Plan of Use and Dissemination of the results is an internal and confidential document dedicated to members of the Fatigue4Light consortium. The content has been built with the insights and inputs provided by the whole consortium in order to gather and rationalise the dissemination activities, as well as to identify the first results of the ongoing project.

Regarding exploitation, the present document presents an overview of the current identified results from the partners and setting-up the basis in terms of potential scale-up, exploitation and commercialisation strategies. It paves the way towards assuring that the impact of the project is set out after the end of the funding period is achieved. It discusses the project partners’ commitment to and responsibilities in the exploitation activities to be carried out. Moreover, the plan outlines potential barriers and external threats, and proposes ways in which these will be overcome.

In terms of dissemination, this document presents the outcomes of Fatigue4Light dissemination activities, and the impact achieved, including the dissemination and visibility of project results through scientific publications, the participation in exhibitions and conferences to present Fatigue4Light to industrial and academic stakeholders, the organisation of workshops and webinars, and other strategies such as public relations, training events and clustering activities.
