Presentation of a Fatigue4Light research-poster in the FISITA World Congress
Fatigue4Light partners from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) participated in the FISITA World Congress, celebrated as part of the Technology of Mobility Conference & Exhibition, taking place from 12 – 15 of September in Barcelona (Spain).
Laia Ortiz Membrado, PhD Candidate in Materials Science and Engineering in the UPC, showcased the poster titled “Micromechanical and microstructural characterization of the cut edge damage of Complex-Phase and Dual-Phase steels for automotive applications”, which is based on some work and research done as part of Fatigue4Light.
The 39th FISITA World Congress had the objective to explore the technology, methodology and strategi of mobility, from design through manufacture and use by bringing together the many different disciplines of engineering innovation required for the technology of tomorrow’s mobility.
