Presenting Fatigue4Light during the FEMS EUROMAT Congress
Fatigue4Light partners from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) participated in FEMS EUROMAT, the 17th European Congress and Exhibition on Advanced Materials and Processes taking place from 3rd – 7th of September in Frankfurt (Germany).
Laia Ortiz Membrado, PhD Candidate in Materials Science and Engineering in the UPC, attended the Congress delivering the presentation “Micromechanical and microstructural characterization of the cut edge damage of Complex-Phase and Dual-Phase steels for automotive applications”, which is based on some work and research done as part of Fatigue4Light.
The FEMS EUROMAT is the premier international congress for the latest advancements in materials science and technology which brought together leading experts, innovators and researchers to discuss and share cutting-edge research and the latest innovations achieved this field.
